Nice! I’m holding my fourth grill party for my neighbors this weekend here in Guanajuato. It’s my first time to do carne asada, since all my life it’s been beef fajitas. Good inspiration right here, thanks! They’re all locals, so I always get anxious about my MX cooking, but they always come back for more, jeje.
(I’m also going to make some puffy tacos so they can have a little taste of my state of Texas.)
