    Recipe/ingredients: 5-7 medium tomatillos, 6+ garlic cloves skin on, 2-4 jalapeños or serranos, any color onion (I used red this time) sliced into large rounds, one bunch of cilantro, salt to taste.

    Smoked All but salt and cilantro on an offset smoker for an hour or until tender, cold smoke if possible, then blend together along with cilantro and salt
