German Johnson’s and Cherokee Purple tomatoes, one Japaleno diced, Hot banana pepper rings at orange level-sweet with a tiny hot note, red and yellow onions from the garden. Cilantro, 3 baby cucumbers, lime juice and salt store bought. Cooking in the fridge now for as awesome treat later.

Why is there a knife just embedded in your Tupperware? Doesn’t this needlessly damage the Tupperware? Or is it not really stuck into the plastic?

Here’s my snobby two cents for what it’s worth. When making fresh salsas like this it’s better texture wise to cut everything to relatively the same size like a small dice.
