    Looks great! A little tip, the longer you toast the fideo the less soggy it will be later. I always toast my fideo longer than usual and wait until the whole pan is a deep brown but not burnt before adding any liquids and when reheating the noodle is not soft and soggy but has retained a nice al dente bite 🙂
