This was Inspired by u/defensivesharts. I grilled the fresh veg and roasted the garlic in the oven at 400F for an hour. Everything went in the Vitamix with a bit of kosher salt. I was concerned it would be too watery and spicy with all the jalapenos. It blended beautifully and it’s the perfect amount of spice. This will probably be my go to salsa from now on. I’ll probably play with some aspects. Next time instead of arbols I’ll do chipotle in adobo.

Is that 1.5 tsp of actual beef bouillon, or 1.5 tsp of beef bouillon granules?
