The exceptions are that I added roasted hatch chilies instead of the anaheim and poblano, I used 2 bunches of cilantro, and I added 1/2 cup of vinegar.

Mmm – I just used a batch of Hatches in a salsa this week. Grilled them with onions and garlic, and blended with cilantro and white vinegar.
It turned out good, but hotter than I expected! I expected them to be like anaheims but they were closer to jalapeños.
