I love growing these peppers.

I had 4 plants last year and gave most of them to someone who made a killer hot sauce with them.
I used a few in an Aji Charapita chimichurri over a grilled flank steak. Outstanding!
The plants are incredibly productive and the flavor starts out with rich tropical notes before throat punching you with heat. It’s a great little pepper but one plant is probably too many peppers for the typical home garden.

How are they compared to a typical habanero, I find the heat/citrus balance of the habanero perfect but this pepper intrigues me

Is there a non dwarf variety? Sounds like dwarf piquÃn. Redundant

About to use some in a salsa today! Grew them for the first time this year and I’m glad that I did! They pack a mighty punch for such a small pepper, in both flavour and heat
