    Vegetables: 1 Green, orange, yellow, and red bell pepper, 1 poblano, 3 small sweet onions

    Seasoned throughout: kosher salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, lime juice, avocado oil

    Steak marinade: 1 orange, 4 limes, 4 cloves garlic minced, soy sauce, head chopped cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika, Mexican oregano, black pepper, Avocado oil. Seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper before grilling

    Shrimp were sauced with multiple hot sauces, lime, honey, oil, and the above seasonings before grilling.

    Salsa: 2 kinds roasted tomatillo

    “Greener”: 1.75 lbs tomatillos, 3 jalapeños, 2 Serranos, 1 poblano, 1/4 white onion charred, 1/4 raw onion, 1 roasted garlic clove, 1 fresh garlic clove, handful cilantro, 1/2 habanero, 1/2 a lime juice , heaping tablespoon kosher salt

    “Yellower”: 1.25 lbs tomatillos, 2 jalapeños, 1/2 habanero, 1/2 Raw white onion, 2 large raw garlic cloves, 12 softened chile de arbol seeded, small handful cilantro, 1/2 a lime, 1/2 cap apple cider vinegar, touch of sugar, tablespoon kosher salt. (This one was hotter)

    *All peppers and tomatillos roasted and charred on grill, most were seeded but left some.
