    Ingredients for the raw salsa:

    One pound of Roma tomatoes;
    Half red onion;
    Full Jalapeño deseeded;
    2 tablespoons of lime juice;
    2/3s a cup of cilantro;
    4 pinches of Mexican oregano;
    Cracked salt and black pepper for taste.

    Ingredients for grilled salsa:

    1 full poblano deseeded;
    2 jalapeños one deseeded one seeds left in;
    1 white onion;
    2 heirloom tomatoes (chocolate stripes and Amish paste);
    3 Roma tomatoes;
    3 cloves of garlic;
    About 12 cherry tomatoes;
    1 zested like and a tablespoon of lime juice in pan and two pinched of Mexican oregan;
    Put on a grill for an hour at 325 Fahrenheit, salted and cracked black pepper before on grill;
    3/5s cup Cilantro added during blending;

    Oh wow, these both look awesome.

    Unrelated question- what brand flops are those? I love that style but I always seem to get a brand that fall apart after one weekend at the coast.

    Nice. I gotta start halving my batches and creating two different flavors. Thanks for the idea. Think I’ll start by adding a couple canned chipotles to half of my next batch.
