Like 2 lbs of tomatillo, Idk four poblanos?, Two serranos, One jalapeño (gutted), Like 4-5 garlic cloves, Half a white onion, About a bunch of cilantro, Juice from two limes, Olive oil, Salt and pepper.
So I coat the peppers, tomatillo, and garlic lightly in olive oil. Salt and pepper them. And then broil until they got a good char.
While that’s going on I’ll dice my onion and chop the cilantro.
Once the peppers and crap are good I take them out of the oven and shove them in the blender. Then I make that bitch earn the name blender.
Once blended I’ll add in a handful of ice since I’m an impatient child and want it to cool down faster. Blend again.
Then I add the cilantro, and blend again.
I’ll give it a quick taste test and will add some more salt and olive oil if I think it needs some and blend that in.
Once I feel my flavor is good I’ll add the diced onion and hand mix that with a long spoon so it keeps the onion chunky.
Jar it and throw it in the freezer until cooled down.
Then enjoy with some chips or whatever the fuck you want. Idc it’s your salsa baby.
