    They look great! Some places now seem to sell it off the corn cob, but I prefer it as shown. You like your mayo, huh?

    As others mentioned, looks good but cilantro is certainly an odd choice. Also, it gives me some sort of anxiety that there are no sticks to hold them

    very neat! another cool way to eat it, is [get a knife and slice all the corn](https://youtu.be/plw5gShjw6k?t=41) and put it all in a glass or bowl and eat it with a spoon! in some states in Mexico that dish is called: Esquite (in my home town in Sinaloa that’s how is called), Elote en vaso, chasca, vasolote, etc.
