Be careful not to post this under r/easyrecipes. The ignoramuses will tear you a new one for calling this ceviche. It has tomato, and other ingredients so you will offend the heck out of them. I was told it’s coctel de Cameron and not ceviche. I am still calling it ceviche. Neener neener 😉
