It’s pretty much typical taqueria salsa roja recipe using habanaeros instead of chile de arbol.
Roast the tomato, onion, chili and garlic on a griddle. Blend or use molcajete. add acid lime or vinegar and salt to taste
Secret: chicken buillon(knorr or goya)
I go to vallarta weekly and practically drink the the green aguacate salsa.

My grandpas recipe looks just like that. 5-7 habaneros, a good chunk of onion, one tomato, and a garlic clove boiled, blend with salt to taste and a tiny bit of water.
