Haven’t had it so I can’t be certain, but a common one is some sort of cilantro lime crema/sauce.

If you don’t get an answer here, you could try r/TipOfMyFork.

I wish I knew, my wife and I just ended up making our own green sauce for our tacos. Not anywhere close to the same, but still delicious.

Following in case someone does chime in who knows.

Is it spicy ? It’s probably crema de aguacate.

Local San Diegan here. I got you.

16 oz sour cream or Mexican crema (Ranchero Crema con Sal is bae, but Daisy works fine)

    1/2 cup mayo

1/4 medium white or yellow onion

    4 cloves garlic

    4-6 fresh jalapenos

    1/2 cup cilantro

    1/2 tsp salt (to taste)

    1/2 tsp sugar (to taste)

1/2 tsp white pepper (to taste)

    Juice from half a lime

Blend until delicious. Best stored in the fridge a few hours before consumption.

Damn. Anyone got a recipe for their adobado?

I’ve made it a couple times before, but never like this. This almost looks like that Chinese pork.
