roasted the veggies in the oven, quick boil, and then blend 🙂 It’s almost impossible to find good salsa here (or good mexican food for that matter) so I’ve been making my own. Some things, such as tomatillos, most mexican dried chilies, etc., are unavailable here, so gotta make do.
