Just tossed some tomatoes and serranos on the cast iron after cooking dinner, then mashed em right up with some onion, cilantro, salt, and lime. Perfect to toss on dinner every time.

I love to cook/fry up some chicken and onions, throw a quick salsa like that into the pan with some lime juice while scraping up (deglazing in fancy speak) the meat pan juices. Add in some avocado, queso and spicy salsa & that will give you a nice chicken taco …
