Easter salsa!

  1. 4-6 Roma tomatoes
    2 jalepenos
    3 serrano peppers
    1-2 medium red onions
    Handful of cilantro
    Lime juice to taste
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Mix ingredients in a food processor until lightly chunky.

    Heat skillet to medium heat and add 2-3tbs of olive oil. Pour in mixture and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add a splash of white vinegar. Serve warm. Enjoy!
