This is my 5th revision and it’s pretty tasty even with greenhouse tomatoes.
– 8 tomatoes (not Roma, just regular) with centers and juice removed
– about a quart of grape tomatoes
– 3 limes
– 2 jalapeños with centers and seeds removed
– 1 cup cilantro
– 1 white onion chopped fine and rinsed
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp MSG ( helps the out of season tomatoes)
A splash of vinegar
