A user on Twitter posted a photo of these saying the filling was sweetened goats milk! They look like something my nieces and nephews would adore and Iād love to make them!
I have a ton of Mexican markets around me and was wondering what everyoneās favorite brands or ways to prepare these were! š

You’ll find that in Mexico as “cajeta”. Any brand will work but I like Coronado, it’s the most popular I know of. They also make cajeta lollipops.
It is now kind of difficult to find it made of goat milk, but you can do it with regular milk following this recipe (in Spanish): [como hacer dulce de leche](https://www.recetasderechupete.com/dulce-de-leche-receta-argentina/13602/)
Eso lo he visto en la huasteca pero con cajeta.
My dad just brought some back on the plane from Mexico. Itās so good on some fresh bread or toast
