Made a simple salsa with canned tomatoes, a bunch of habanero peppers. Recipe in comments. Wanted to make a hot sauce with my habanero peppers, they kind of got a little ugly since I waited too long. Ended up charring them in the broiler instead of over coals along with the onion. Restaurant I used to work at we fried whole garlic cloves which were used in most recipes and even in the salsa. Y’all should try it!

Ingredients(if I recall correctly).
28oz can whole peeled tomatoes(drained)
7-8 habaneros de-seeded and stemmed
4-5 whole garlic cloves fried
1/4 yellow onion.
1 small bunch of cilantro
1-2 teaspoons kosher salt to taste
Maybe +- 1 cup water for consistency
Roast the peppers and onion, fry the garlic, let cool, add all to blender and blend to your desired consistency, taste, cilantro, etc. oh and there’s. A 1/4 wedge of lime juice.
Looks amazing!! 😂 Can you send me some?
