1 28oz can San Marzano (Cento) 1/2 red onion med-large 3 cloves garlic roasted (toss with oil in before broiling) 1 Anaheim roasted 3 jalapeños roasted 3 serranos roasted 1 habanero roasted 2 4oz cans hatch hot green chilis 1/2 bunch cilantro 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon 1/2 lime juice Salt to taste Blend all ingredients until smooth
