    Recipe:

    Red onion

    Roma tomato

    Jalapeños

    Cilantro

    Garlic

    Lemon

    Lime

    Red wine vinegar

    Sugar

    Salt

Both look good but chunky for me. I feel like I actually am getting a “bite of something” if that makes sense and is more pleasing to eat.

Chunky for topping, gently blended for dipping. Can be too hard to get a good cohesive bite of chunky on a chip.

Both. Depends on if it’s a topping or a dip.

Chunky is prettier but I’d much rather eat blended

For chips blended, for everything else chunky

Chunky all the way.. it’s super gratifying to have all that texture and different flavors exploding with every bite

    I like em big… I like em chunky (:

  9. It’s nice to blend about half (or more or less, depending on preference) and then mix the chunky part back in. Then each bite will have a more cohesive flavor and the liquid will be less runny.

    Chunky, no contest.

Blended salsa only happens regularly in chains and airport mexican joints. Blended salsa hides the bad quality of your ingredients and takes away all texture. You now have a liquid, not a dip.

Chunky salsa displays color, quality, and serves greater texture and flavor.

    Oooooo! Mix’em! That’s the best 👍🏻

I’ll take a bowl of each and do my own testing

Chunky if I have the adequate tools, blended if I only have my knife, or a potato masher.
