My guess is Morita peppers. Smoked, dried jalapenos that you can get at most Mexican stores.

Chile de arbol … it’s a dry chili that you roast LIGHTLY. Don’t burn it, it will be sour

probably chile de arbol mixed with something else, if it has a tangy and almost gelatinous feel then arbol mixed with tomatillo as per my favorite local taqueria

That’s salsa, not a pepper.
