I skipped on the cilantro which is essential. Went to the grocery since our growing cilantro garden is still young. This should be good.

    A key strategy is how to treat the ingredients. Diced and left chunky, or liquidated? I like a compromise. Take a stick blender and stab the bowl a few times. You want some slushy liquid that mingles with the chunks to form a slurry… texture plus liquid love.
