If you grind that all up, you have the start of a homemade chili powder, potentially add more garlic/onion powder/dried chilis, more than the start of salsa recipes IMHO
Those are also super good for rubs and brines.
As a general rule I try to avoid adding dry ingredients to my salsa other than salt pepper and epazote.
