Smoked Mango Habanero Salsa. Sweet, Spicy, and Smokey.

  1. – 3 Mangos
    – 6 Red Chili Peppers
    – 4 Serranos
    – 5 Habaneros
    – 3 Limes
    – 2 Tomatoes
    – 1 White Onion
    – 1 Garlic Bulb
    – ~15 cranks from a Salt grinder
    – ~10 cranks from a Pepper grinder

    I cut up all of the ingredients onto two trays and put it in my Bradley smoker at ~155 F for 2 hours. After taking them out I blended them and poured it into a jar

    The big jar has 1 habanero (cause I didn’t know if it would exceed my spice tolerance to put more), so the little jar has the remaining 4 habaneros in it
