Homemade Salsa Roja


INGREDIENTS – Roja

8 tomatoes

1 cup/bunch cilantro

half of a red onion

2 jalapenos

2 cloves of garlic

juice of 1 lime

Salt & Pepper to taste

Jalapeños and garlic roasted in oven for 15 mins at 450°F
