In mexican spanish, those are congeladas or bolis (idk if they have any other name). Stuff some sweet and liquid ingredients in a plastic bag, toss them in the freezer and you get an ice cold dessert. The recipe you’ve posted looks good but you just need some lemons, sugar, water and that’s it. You can use tang, koolaid, nestea, soda (flat) or milk based drinks.

Get one of those made of lemon in a tall glass of coke.

It has a lot of names but I know them as bolis. They are commonly sold on hot days and are kind of like an ice cream. They pour the mixture in the bag and freeze it, then to eat it you cut one of the corners and start sucking the ice cream as it melts.

We call them bolis/hielito/cubito depending on the region. It’s like a popsicle but they come in a small plastic bag; they’re frozen. They’re very common, you can buy them anywhere and are usually homemade. It’s an easy thing to make to sell because you don’t need molds or sticks or anything, just the bags.

Is basically an ice pop. Fill a plastic bag or wrapper with a fruity drink and then pop in the freezer.

  6. Boli, saborin, hielito, etc every region has a different name. Its like a home made icecream.
