First of all, I’m a total newbie. I stumbled upon this sub by accident and I am still stunned how many different salsas there are! And how easy many of them are made. I’m not used to have/use/eat salsa, but I am very interested to start my salsa journey. There items I got are Chile de arbol (ca 20 gr), Chile Chipotle (ca 25gr) and two tamarind pastes, one hot and another.. plain?
The thing is, I might be somewhat of an foodie, but I am also incredibly insecure when it comes to trying something new, making it myself. So that’s why I was hoping for some ideas or even recipes here. I live in the Netherlands, so I don’t have access to several (to me) exotic other items.

Hmm a couple of those chipotle look suspect, chipotle are usually very wrinkled and a couple of those look smooth and long.
Chipotle-tamarind is a good combo, I did a recipe here but used frozen pulp, so you’ll need to adjust for your paste which I suspect is stronger. The recipe is quite mild so adding 5-10 of the absol will spice it up.

Those are not chipotles.
For the dry chilis, I would make some sort of chili Colorado or red enchiladas.
