
Homemade Salsa that I made last night, attempting to recreate my older recipe that I lost.
½ cup of lime juice
½ cup of lemon juice
1 cup of onion finely chopped (red)
1 cup of onion finely chopped (white)
1 cup of cilantro
¼ tsp of cumin
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp minced garlic (3 cloves)
1 Jalapeño pepper (seeded)
2 Habanero pepper (seeded)
Adjust to taste
9 Roma Tomatoes + 3 cups pureed sweeter tomatoes

Two cups of onion + onion powder is a bold move. Same with minced garlic cloves + powder. Do you feel like the powders add something that additional diced onion or garlic doesn’t?
Also, I don’t mind the lack of salt but I know a lot of people here would object. Is that intentional?
