Smoked Salsa, 2nd time ever. How’d I do?


Smoked a bunch of veggies I had (4 types of tomatoes, Red & White Onion, Garlic, Jalapeño & Long Hot peppers) for 10 hours and blended. Salt / Pepper / Lime to taste. Did I miss anything?

    What temp did you smoke at? I’ve done 2 hours at 200

    nice! i thought it had habaneros in there! maybe throw a few in next time and see if you like it. looks really good
