Pani (Water) 1/4 cup
Sirka (Vinegar)1/2 cup
Sabut Lal Mirch(Button Chili) 1cup
Lehsan Adrak (Ginger Garlic)paste 2 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Cheeni (Sugar)1/4 cup
Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp
Direction
-Add Pani (Water),Sirka (Vinegar),Sabut Lal Mirch(Button Chili),Lehsan Adrak (Ginger Garlic)paste andGrind it well.
-In work add oil and grinded chilli paste,Cheeni (Sugar),Namak (Salt) mix well and cook on lower flame appox. for 40-50 mins and stir in between or cook until oil separate.
-Discard the oil and use with in one year in chinese and thye foods.
