Ha! I have absolutely made salsas at Airbnb “cabin weekends” with friends.
I see some char, did it have a grill?

Recipe:
– 3 tomatoes
– 1/2 cup cilantro
– 2 jalapeños
– 3 scotch bonnet
– 1 serrano
– 1/4 white onion
– juice of 2 limes
– splash of apple cider vinegar
Cooked all the tomatoes, all the peppers and the onion in a pan with a little oil until nicely charred. I chopped everything and combined together. Added some salt and pepper.
Blessed to have a little store with a great pepper variety 2 mins away from where I’m staying
