MINI PEPPER PIZZA POPPERS! #easysnack #healthysnacks #backtoschool

Ingredients
* �� about 12-15 mini sweet peppers (sliced in half lengthwise)
* ��1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
* ��1/2-1 cup mozzarella, shredded
* ��Mini pepperoni
Directions
1. ��Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. ��Cut the mini peppers in half lengthways through the stems. Scrape the seeds out while keeping the stems.
3. ��Arrange your pepper halves, cut side up, onto the prepared baking pan.
4. ��Spoon a tiny bit of tomato sauce into each one, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and top with pepperoni.
5. ���Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and peppers are slightly softened.
