Green: tomatillo, onion, garlic, serrano, jalapeño boiled until soft… throw in blender add cilantro, lime juice, caldo de pollo, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and a touch of water then blend until smooth…

Interesting. You don’t boil or soak your chile guajillo and don’t strain out the skins and seeds. Your blender must rock.
I got excited, I thought you were making NM red chile.
