Because not only do we have to steam the goddamn hard taco, it then gets grilled with greasy ass cheese on the outside. A hard taco shell. Steamed. Then smashed between two grill plates.
Whoever dreamed up this unnecessary bullshit has never worked in a TB kitchen.
