Close the app and start over. It did this to me occasionally.
Also, I always select drive through even if I plan to go inside so that I get my food made fresh and it isn’t sitting there getting cold while I driving to the store.

Happened to me once. I drove to the store anyways and the power was off and they couldn’t take orders or make the food. Probably something like that

I completed a mobile order today 15 minutes away from store with lobby pickup selected. When I arrived the HVAC was pumping such cold air that it had to below 50 degrees in the lobby. People who ordered on tablets in lobby received food before I did and were upset no ice in lobby ice machine. When 1 complained she was told Theo system crashed in the morning Anna actual manager was on duty. By this point I noticed that it was 30 minutes since I made my order and still showing being made on app. I asked the employee who was “acting” manager (?) for a refund. She didn’t know how to do that, or to rise temperature on HVAC or how to make the ice machine work. 15 minutes later food was presented. Made incorrectly and no apology given. No way to request refund in app and no response received to complaint made to corporate online.

If your planing on picking it anyway you could just order it there you know. Is it really worth the headache to use the app if it’s being weird?
