Wife’s salsa 1

A co worker just told me about this Reddit so I’m making my first post.

Here’s a salsa that my wife made yesterday. She recently started doing slices of red onion instead of diced, and it’s gotten rave reviews.

Looks good, I always like that type of consistency in a salsa.

Ingredients: Roma tomato, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro – all roasted in a wok style pan. I am not sure of many specifics…but I do know my wife typically uses a cheese grater to grate the tomato and jalapeño.

  6. hate the look of the slices. bet it tastes great though

Update: I’m getting more details. Half was blended and half was cut / chopped.

The slices are odd. Looks like you’re about to break a chip
