Is there a way to prevent my nacho cheese cup being only 30% filled? Also — is it because the employee was lazy or in a hurry? Or is he just trying to taunt me? It was shortly after midnight & they close at 1am

I order the $5 cravings box plus a side of nacho cheese and chipotle ranch which brings my total to about $6.50 or so. I order the extra nacho cheese because the items don’t have enough cheese so I have to add more to them manually. 😣

I’d be happy with 80% full but this is barely 30% full, at best… 🤦‍♂️

*(the cup on the right is slightly over half full, for comparison)*

A full serving isn’t a whole cup full. If it’s added extra to an item that’s the amount you get…same when you get it on the side.

They only want to do two pumps and there is no guarantee that anything will come out on the first pump

I mean, its a cup of “cheese” for a few cent from Taco Bell, what were you expecting in 2023?

I think you answered your own question.

Last time we got a side of nacho cheese it looked just like yours, plus it was in a goofy cardboard recyclable ramiken, so it just soaked in the little cheese that was there. Never again!

  7. 2 pumps of nacho is how we’re taught so no, you will never have a full cup. It should be common sense though that if nothing comes out of the first pump, you pump again. And then again to actually make it right.

I’m positive they are not supposed to fill them up, just because a container is a certain size that doesn’t mean their portion is that size.

“Muahaha I’ll show him! I love taunting the customers with slightly filled cheese cups!” -your TB employee

  10. Check your order before you leave, and ask for more if they short you?

  11. That looks like how the cheese dispenses when the bag is nearly empty. Looks like they ran out and didn’t have more ready, or were too lazy to switch it out for your order.

The pump we used would fill a clear cup pretty full with 1 pump maybe a half pump after, and these black cups were like 2 pumps and then some. They are pumping once to conserve their cheese probably

Let’s all just get our own nacho cheese dispensers

They were told by their boss to do 2 pumps. So they do. They’re not paid enough to care about how much extra cheese you want
