Hi! So I love Mexican food, chips and blanco queso the most. I’m in search of tortilla chips that I can buy from the store like the ones in the right. Thin, white, crispy. I feel like the only ones I can find in stores are the ones on the left. Any advice? Any brands to look for?
Thanks!!

The ones on the right seem to be made from corn flour (maseca). If anything fails, buy maseca tortillas, cut them in little triangles, let them dry for 3 days and lightly fry.
Las de la derecha están hechas con tortilla raspada, básicamente es retirarles la parte que se infla a las tortillas a la hora de cocción…
Buy corn tortillas and fry them yourself. You’ll never go back
Unos son tipos y otras tostadas. Básicamente es lo mismo hecho de harina de maíz, pero unos están hechos de tortilla frita más gruesa.
“Tostadas” de maiz
Both are totopos but of different kinds of tortilla
If you’re looking for store-bought, the Xochitl brand is the closest I’ve see
There’s many variations of corn, the ones in the left look like chips made from yellow corn versus ones on the right made with white corn.
HEB Brand near the bakery❤️
