3 jalapeno, deseeded, but I kept a few seeds aside to add to the mix for extra heat
One bell pepper
One sweet onion. Normally would use white, but my grocery store was out
One bunch cilantro
A few chipotles in adobo sauce
Lime juice
Salt
Edit: and of course garlic. Don’t know how I forgot that and didn’t get it pictured
Broiled on high for 8 minutes. Then thrown into my processor along with cilantro and lime juice. Tasted great to start, but absolutely amazing after cooling down. Has a nice heat and an almost smoky flavor.

La Morena chipotles are the correct chipotles.

Looks awesome! Growing onions is easy! They also store really well in a cool dark place. I haven’t bought onions from the grocery store in 3 years. I really want to grow my own garlic. Then I can have 100% homemade salsa!
