The employee was precious and this was definitely her first job. She told me it was her 4th day when I asked for my cup because she didn’t know one came with the box. Ah to be young and not only not jaded but actually excited about a new job. I go here weekly (my store is a walk up only) and I told her she’s doing a great job and this was the first message I’d gotten and I loved it. Honestly if they allowed the roundup option to go as a tip instead of giving them a free tax write off to a charity I haven’t vetted I’d definitely be more inclined to do that.

I hope the best happens to her. With that level of enthusiasm she’d already be a top tier manager.
Let us know how she is holding up in a month after a large new experience and nacho fries get to her. Hope her managers don’t just throw her to the wolves.
