IDK but the closest thing I could find when using Google lens is milkweed assassin bug.

They look like leaf footed bug nymphs. They are not good for your peppers, causing whitish hard spots, or even brownish shriveled spots to develope on the fruit. They are relatives of the stink bugs and cause similar problems
Those are Leptoglossus nymphs. The like to eat sap from plants, specifically seed pods. Leaf footed bugs. We have them up here in Canada- the western species and oh boy do they STINK! I’d get rid of them. They’re harmless but bleh! No thank you.

Definitely leaf footed bugs. I have battled them before. I put a thin cloth over a shop vac and suck them up and crush them.

If it’s a Zues (aka milkweed) Assassin, then it’s a friendly, being that they are still hunters, not a “parasitic” bug, like Aphids are. Plants should be fine.
