Cravings Box. 4 items, 4 sauces. Politely asked for more, manager says the franchise owner says this is it. Asked for contact number, again manager refused and does not want franchise number given out. How many sauces would you expect for one cravings box?

I desire at least 3 per item, and a mix of fire, hot, and mild. I never get that though. I’m lucky to 2 per item. Mostly I get 0 these days. Bonus is they lock the doors when they get busy so I can’t even run in and grab more

I only eat two per taco, and I feel like I got super light on sauces. I feel like this is a crime to have so few per order. Should allow up to 3-4 per taco and should be based on item size rather than insulting someone with 4 packs for a cravings box. Can’t be more than a cent or two per item and that’s a Taco Bell sourcing issue and they should starting making larger sauce packets.

I use 8 to 10 sauces per item. My store is pretty generous and I usually keep a stockpile if they are running low.

Go inside and grab your sauces. Then, ensure you do a highly dissatisfied survey or contact via the website or 1800 number. They ding us badly.
The guideline is 1 per item but as someone who puts 10 sauces on a bowl…I’m not going to deny you more. Just don’t be the person arguing about a “metric buttload” of sauce.
If they’re fighting back on how many I want im pushin the box back and asking for a refund. Taco bell near me has the sauces out to take urself

I hoard my TB sauces. I ordered a (wats it called?, a deluxe box, or sumpin’), 3 items, plus twists n drink. . . 6-8 per item then Extras!! BET!!
1st time, I ordered on the app, got it delivered. No sauces at all. No napkins. -How Rude!-
Next day I went into the store – the store mgr made it right. Paid for my meal. Same menu item

Just quit Taco Bell. They told us 1-2 sauces per item per order. But people would always ask for more sauce in the drive thru and it would run up the time (we are timed if you guys didn’t know.) so I would always give people a big fist full of sauces no matter what so they never would ask for more lol…

This is why I order on the app. They let me pick how many I want and they actually stick to it. Otherwise I get 45 sauces for 3 items, or 2 sauces.
Leave a bad review explaining what happened. This is a ridiculous “policy” that I think corporate might not appreciate. I’ve probably been to 20+ different Taco Bells in my life and never had a single one charge for sauce.

Lol. I asked about the free taco for taco Tuesday today. They grabbed me one. Guy at the window asks me if I want sauce. I asked if he had already tossed in sauce with the rest of my order and he said yes. So I said, I should be good then. He proceeds to add another 8 packets of sauce for my free taco. I get home and there’s 28 packets total.
I don’t even try and they constantly give me enough I could fill a pool by the end of summer.
