Oh they had to use a brain cell which means it was probably wrong 3xs and the manager ended up making it lol 🤣 We sub beef to beans and fresco style and you’d think we ask them to prep something that’s not already on the line every time !! 98% of the time it’s not correct

Your order was probably buried in line with the other orders. I work starbucks and if we’re understaffed, which is more common than not. The delay for orders can be 20-30 minutes.
