I’m unsure of the situation here. Was this a previously open taco bell and is now closed? Did they close for remodel and not reopen?
You should be able to Google that specific location and it should tell you if it’s permanently closed or not.

If I saw this at my local I would shrug my shoulders and hit up the taco truck next door… it sits in the O’Reilley parking lot and I can get two tacos, rice, beans, and a soda for $8.

That sucks man, While not Taco Bell I have a similar situation were my local Popeyes down the street that I’ve been going to since I was a kid has been temporarily closed since mid June because apparently some fucking dumbass threw his cigarette around the bushes near the entrance and the place caught fire.
Luckily no employees were hurt and the place is still salvageable because it seems only the hallway entrance around caught fire, But it looks like their in the process of giving it a overhaul/remodel as the place has been boarded up the past few months.
