If the fruit is variegated, it might be the pepper Baltimore is famous for, the fish pepper.
Quite hard to determine by the looks alone because you need the actual fruit but yeah am guessing its a fish pepper.😁
Could be a Mattapeno, which is a verigated jalapeño variety. I’ve got some which look similar, but its not exactly a common pepper.
