All the other pods on my ghost plant went from green to that beautiful red, and this one seems to be doing different things. Plant is next to scotch bonnet and a gong bao on the other side, im no expert but could it be cross pollination? Or other issue? Thanks for your input.

This is just sun tan. The pepper probably gets a lot of direct sunlight, and produces anthocyanin in response, as UV protection. It will go away as the pepper ripens, and is nothing to worry about.
