I just had the best bite of Taco Bell since they took the spicy chicken burrito from us. Today I picked up the new chicken enchilada burrito, with some mods: no sour cream, add nacho cheese and extra red sauce. It was exactly what I hoped to have, and I’m delighted. This has been the best way to enjoy a warm rainy day off, just hanging out at home with a good TV show and a delicious burrito. I’ve been on a strict diet and this is my cheat meal, so it’s extra double special. 😁
