Pan Dulce


I’m looking for the name of a pan dulce, it is like chocolate cake and half cheese something? I’ve only ever seen it in triangle shape. I have attached a (not so great) drawing. Please help a pregnant lady out😭

    I think this one qualifies as a cake rather than pan dulce, it’s called chocoflan.

    Thank you all but I’m 100% sure it isn’t chocoflan, there’s no custard and it’s definitely a pan and I always get it bagged with my other pan dulce on the paper, It’s like chocolate cake and a cheese bread on the other side

    Thank you all for trying to help, no luck so far though. I think I may ask my brother to get the name from my mother as this seems to be one things I can’t get over

    I love this post and the drawing 😂 Great effort. Hmmmm can you remember where you ate this pan dulce? Maybe that can help solve the mystery. I feel like I know what it is and what it tastes like but I can’t recall the name of it.
